The first place to look for help before you file a ticket is to search the documentation and tickets.

The quickest way to look for active bugs, is by going to the [http://trac.fahmon.net/report/11 Defect ticket] list. To see which bugs have already been closed, see this list: [http://trac.fahmon.net/report/6 Active and closed tickets]. 

If you can't find it there, then you should [wiki:ReportingBugs report your bug] or [wiki:RequestingFeatures request your feature]. Information on contacting the [wiki:FahMonDevelopers FahMon team] for general feedback is also available.
