Client setup gets corrupted

I have 41 clients. 37 of them are on other workstations. After a short period, at random, a client setup will get corrupted. The location changes to really odd things, text almost at random. I don't have an example right now, but it happens almost every 5 minutes. What is corrupted is the client location field ('\\Mark-q6600-3600\folding_gpu2\' ) is an example.
