You may find it convenient to add a submit bug information / report feature where fahmon prepares a package of the most relevant information and either automatically uploads it into a ticket or just shows it in a window where it can be cut and pasted into a ticket.
The information could include, in addition to anything you know you need:
Fahlog.txt for the current unit of the currently selected computer (fah instance)
The displayed stats (progress, name, ETA, ppd)
Work unit information (core, project, credit, username, team, downloaded, preferred deadline, final deadline)
All Fahmon preferences settings
could even include a screen capture of the fahmon window...
If you had such bug report dump in fahmon for people to include in tickets, I bet it would make fixing them easier. Up to you, I just thought of it.
